When subscribing to our newsletter, we use a double opt-in method where you are required to activate a verification link sent to you via email. We take the privacy of your information extremely seriously and we do not sell your data to any third parties. We do not store credit card details.

This includes pages people visit, their general location, the time spent on a webpage and how you found our website etc. This helps us to maintain and develop our website. Time of booking - to provide information to you about our available products and service, the availability of courses, to pay for the products and service, to send you account confirmations and distance selling contractual obligations.
Your local Bark Busters dog trainer - to provide information to you about our products and service.
Updates - We may use your information to send you updated details of course and training instructions, reminders, cancellations, disputes, or complaints notifications. This can be in the form of email, text message and telephone calls.
Franchise enquiries - We may use your information to send you details of our franchise and how our business operates. We may use a carefully selected third party to monitor and service our franchise enquiries, who will have access to your data.
Where we store your information.
Your personal data that we hold is stored on internal servers or cloud-based servers operated in the UK. Your information may also be held on your Bark Busters trainer's UK based computer and/or mobile device and/or cloud storage for the purpose of communicating with you and delivering a service or product to you.
If you sign up to our newsletter, your information is stored on an internal UK based server or cloud-based server or computer, within the UK.
How long do we keep your data?
If you have enquired about our services but have not gone on to purchase our service your information will be held for six months, in case you change your mind. After 6 months any identifiable data will be deleted/removed.
If you have purchased our service, we will hold your information for the required period to fulfil our contractual obligations in delivering the service or product and as required by UK legislation, such as tax records. Any identifiable data will be deleted/removed after 7 years of your purchase date.
Franchise Enquiries: Any identifiable data will be deleted/removed 2 years after we receive your information.
Access to information and correction of your information.
You have the right to request the information that we hold about you. You also have the right to correct any data we hold about you. If you would like a copy of the personal information we hold about you, this can be requested by writing to the 'contact us' address below.

We are committed to protect your data. Therefore, we have safeguards in place to prevent unauthorised access and disclosure of your data.
